Welcome, I’m Janice
Are you ready for change?
The path of transformation is not an easy one. If it were, everyone would be living their best life.
Deep and lasting change requires:
Accountability
Humility
Participation
Passion
…and those are hard to come by if you don’t feel a sense of personal purpose and a connection to a Power Greater than yourself.
I also offer coaching for adults and teens who want a non-opioid pain management plan before, during, and after surgery.
If you or someone you love is concerned about relapsing from prescribed narcotics for an upcoming medical procedure, I can help.
A Little About Me
I’m 15 years in recovery.
There was a time when addiction made every decision in my life and the lives of all who loved me. It decided where I would go, how long I would stay, who I would see and what I would or wouldn't do. My addiction didn’t just affect me—it took hostages. My struggles took a weary toll on every relationship I cared about.
But for the grace of God, I was able to find my way to recovery. Since then, even though it has not been easy, my path of recovery is grounded in a spiritual connection and mindfulness.
My daily choices—especially my morning routines—help keep me on that path.
I invite you to step into infinite possibilities for your future self, as we take this journey of recovery together…one day at a time.
A simple thing that changes everything.
Growing up I was told, "The early bird catches the worm" and I never understood what it meant. However today, I live by it.
Seek early and seek often. I have come to believe through experience, how I start my day will directly affect how I embrace it. I have found Power in the Pause.
Having a routine every morning that includes self-refelction and conversations with Source—before life has a chance to drag me behind—makes all the difference.
If you want to move through each day rooted in resilience and calm, I invite you to start your own morning in quiet reflection. And if you’re not quite sure how to start, my books will help!
"I am always learning and I must remain teachable. More will be revealed!”
